Dominate Halloween with Digital “Dudz”
If you want to be the star of this year’s Halloween party, check out Digital Dudz. All you need to do is purchase a t-shirt from their website and download the Digital Dudz smartphone app (iOS and Android devices). Your costume will come to life and you’ll be the star of the evening as your t-shirt displays interactive animations that fit in a specially engineered Velcro pouch. Easy.
A Working iPhone Costume
That’s right. These two guys created a working, wearable iPhone that responds to user input. They modified the software on a real iPhone to allow a live dual image output to a wearable 42-inch LCD TV. Unfortunately, their touchscreen didn’t work but the content and data were displayed in real time.
The ‘Last-Minute’ Option
And if you’re running really late on putting your costume together this year, Mashable has a few great ideas up their sleeve. Dress up like your favorite gadget or device’s shipping package by simply getting a box, affixing it onto yourself so that it is wearable and indicating what type of shipping parcel you are by writing it on the box with a sharpie. Example:
A Samsung Galaxy Box
A Boombox Box
